A CAPA Detail Report is provided as a default in the system. Users can view and configure the report using Crystal Report Writer.
NOTE: Crystal Report Writer is not provided.
The CAPA Detail Report is accessed under Administrator Tools tab > Utility > Manage Reports > CAPA_Detail.
